process manufacturing project was selected into "Guangdong intelligent
manufacturing pilot demonstration project in 2020".
The
selected project of "integrated green intelligent manufacturing management
and control platform based on laser holographic materials" is an important
link in our company's strategic layout,which has been promoted ?from ?industry
1.0 (standardization) to industry 2.5 (digitization and networking) and finally
reached industry 4.0 (intelligence).
This project
takes MES as the core, ERP as the data center, and the industrial PAAS cloud
platform (IUAP) based on Intelligent Manufacturing integrates the innovative
technology of Internet and intelligent manufacturing to realize the integrated
application of third-party software system and hardware equipment, the
connection of front-end application and Internet big data, and the connection
of underlying data and production site, so as to realize the complete
integration of enterprise core business from top to bottom.
The project
promotes the intelligent production process, helps our company to improve
equipment management level, improve production efficiency, reduce production
costs, and plays an important role in shortening the product development cycle,
reducing the rate of defective products, improving the utilization rate of
energy resources and eliminating potential safety hazards.
